Hey there, welcome to my Austin Home Tour! As we wrap up this chapter, I can’t help but feel a mix of emotions — it’s hard to say goodbye to a place that’s been so special. Turning this house into a home has truly been a labor of love, and every little detail and piece of decor was carefully chosen and thoughtfully placed. It all came together over time, creating a space that felt like us.
But now, with excitement and a little nostalgia, I’m ready to share this final look at the Austin home before we dive into our next adventure. I can’t wait to show you our new place and how I plan to style those fresh, new spaces! Let’s take a walk down memory lane one last time.

First impressions really do mean everything, don’t they? This entryway has had a little refresh here and there — I love switching out decor pieces to match the season or to highlight some of my latest finds. It’s one of the first spaces you see when you walk into our home, so I always strive to make it feel clean, fresh, and inviting. I want it to set the tone for the whole house, giving that warm, welcoming vibe right from the start.

Our living room is all about that cozy, welcoming vibe with a warm mix of wooden accents and neutral tones! Every piece in this room has been carefully chosen — from the coffee table to the grid back chairs and that beautiful arched cabinet. Filling our home with these meaningful pieces, big and small, has been such a joy, especially in this space. One thing I’ve learned is never to be afraid of mixing different materials or colors. If it’s something you love, it’ll always find a way to blend perfectly into your space.

The dining room is hands down one of my favorite spaces in our Austin home! It’s the perfect spot for entertaining, and we’ve spent so many memorable evenings here. I love changing up the centerpiece for each season or holiday — sometimes I’ll go with fresh florals, and other times, I opt for something a little lower maintenance. The way this space flows effortlessly into both the kitchen and living room makes it feel so open and connected, letting conversation and laughter move freely throughout the whole area.
See how I styled the dining room for Thanksgiving and winter this last year!

Isn’t the kitchen the heart of the home for everyone? I’ve always loved filling my space with pieces that make me feel at home, but for the kitchen, it was important to keep it free from unnecessary clutter. I kept the built-in shelf simple, adding a few pieces that stay true to my style without overdoing it. I’ll definitely miss the marble accents in this space — and honestly, I think I’ll miss the kitchen island the most. There’s something so convenient about having an extra space when putting a meal together or even entertaining!

Table for two! This breakfast nook is a bright space, perfect for starting every morning with a yummy cup of coffee. Isn’t it crazy to think how much power the color of your furniture can effect the brightness of a space?

While a lot of the pieces inside our home are more neutral, with pops of color added through wall art or florals, I decided to bring in a bit of color to our outdoor spaces with throw pillows! Even though Austin doesn’t have too many chilly nights, our firepit was always such a cozy spot to snuggle up and enjoy when it was cold enough. The second-floor patio areas have also been the perfect place to curl up with a good book or relax outside and enjoy the fresh air (as long as it isn’t too hot, of course)!

This space is one I’ll truly miss. It’s been a follower favorite, and it’s easy to see why—such a beautiful balance of moody elegance and soft florals. It’s one of those rooms that feels both elegant and lived-in, and it’s been such a joy to share over time. Thank you for loving this space as much as I have!

As much as we love entertaining, hosting family and friends is a close second! This guest bedroom gets a little refresh each season, keeping it simple yet elevated. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of Austin adventures. I’m so excited to put together a new space for guests coming to visit LA too!

Working hard or hardly working? I’m fortunate enough to work from home, and I have to say, the natural light makes my ‘walk’ to work feel effortless every single day. We’ve kept the space simple and clean, with bold abstract art that brings a modern edge while still feeling timeless. It’s the kind of space that helps me stay focused on the work ahead, with minimal distractions to keep me on track.

This lounge area is the perfect spot for entertaining, especially with its easy access to the balcony. I wanted the room to feel light and airy, so I kept the decor simple, with a few statement pieces on the wall and a touch of subtle decor on the coffee table and sideboard. It’s the ideal space to sit back, sip on a glass of wine, and unwind while catching up on the day.

I don’t think I could pick a favorite bathroom—they all have their own unique style that sets them apart. A functional bathroom is so important; it’s where you start and end your day, with a few stops in between. Each one has been designed to feel comfortable and practical.
Thank you so much for coming along for the home tour of my Austin home. As I said, it’s sad to close this chapter and is certainly the end of an era. However, I am beyond excited for this move to LA and what this next chapter has in store. Stay tuned for the new home and how I transform it!
